Please note that lead times for manufacturing (such as CNC machining) may also affect the overall delivery time. Shipping timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Processing Time

After an order is confirmed and payment is processed, HRCCNC typically processes orders within 2 to 5 business days for standard items. For customized products or CNC machining services, the processing time may vary based on complexity and production schedules.

 

5. Risk of Loss or Damage

Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Customers should inspect products immediately upon receipt. If the goods arrive damaged or are missing parts, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

In case of issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments:

Tracking Information: HRCCNC will provide tracking details as soon as the order has shipped. Customers can monitor their shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

Damage or Loss: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact HRCCNC within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if applicable, or arrange for a return or replacement under our Refund & Return Policy.

Because all our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, this policy outlines the terms regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

1. General Policy on Custom Goods

All products and services provided by HRCCNC are custom-manufactured based on the specific designs, drawings, and specifications provided by you, the customer. As such, generally, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, unless the issue is due to our error or a defect in workmanship.

2. Inspection and Acceptance

You are responsible for inspecting all delivered items immediately upon receipt.

  • Inspection Period: You have 5 business days from the date of delivery to inspect the parts and notify us of any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformities.
  • Failure to Notify: If we are not notified within this 5-business-day period, the parts will be deemed accepted, and no future claims for returns or refunds related to that order will be accepted.

3. Claims for Non-Conforming Parts (Our Error)

If we have manufactured parts that do not conform to the approved specifications, drawings, or quality standards agreed upon in your purchase order and design files, please contact us immediately.

  • Our Commitment: We stand by our rigorous inspection processes. In the event of an error on our part, our goal is to make it right.
  • Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, we will, at our sole discretion:
    • Rework the non-conforming parts to meet the required specifications; or
    • Replace the parts with correctly manufactured components; or
    • Issue a refund or credit for the value of the non-conforming parts.
  • Return of Non-Conforming Parts: We may require you to return the defective parts to us for our analysis. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label.

4. Claims Related to Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage caused during transit:

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and parts immediately.
  2. Notify Us: Contact us within 2 business days of delivery with your order number and the photographs.
  3. Resolution: We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: If you wish to cancel an order before production has begun, please contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund, minus any applicable administrative or design fees.
  • After Production Has Begun: Once manufacturing, material procurement, or any custom work has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for the full payment of the order.
  • Custom Materials: If we have sourced specific materials for your project, cancellation may not be possible once the material order has been placed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Parts that were correctly manufactured according to the customer’s provided design files.
  • Orders cancelled after production has commenced.
  • Standard stock items that have been modified or processed.
  • Parts that have been installed, further altered, or damaged by the customer after receipt.

7. Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from an order or this policy that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, China, in accordance with our website’s Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

By using HRCCNC’s website and services, customers agree to the following terms regarding our Limitation of Liability. This section defines the boundaries of HRCCNC’s legal responsibility in relation to the services and products we provide.

  1. Manufacturing and Quality Standards

    • Product Quality Law of the PRC and Standardization Law of the PRC: Require adherence to national (GB), industry, or enterprise standards for precision and safety.

    • China Compulsory Certification (CCC): Applies if CNC-machined products fall into regulated categories (e.g., certain mechanical/electrical components). Products must pass certification for market entry in China.

    • Voluntary/international standards like ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental), and sector-specific ones are widely adopted by Chinese CNC facilities for global competitiveness. Rigorous audits verify compliance.

    • Precision manufacturing aligns with Made in China 2025 initiatives (updated roadmaps through 2023–2025), promoting high-end CNC capabilities, though high-tier localization goals were not fully met by 2025.
