Our Story

HRCCNC was founded in 2008 in Shenzhen, a city that was already establishing itself as the hardware capital of the world. The founding team was engineers, not salespeople. The original premise was simple: buyers of custom precision parts deserved a manufacturer that communicated in engineering language, not just price sheets.

In the years that followed, we expanded capability by necessity. Clients came with tighter tolerances. Industries with stricter compliance requirements — medical device manufacturers, aerospace suppliers, defense-adjacent contractors — required a quality management system that could be audited, not just claimed.
